I don't know about you but the entire Worker's Comp System and the idea or hiring an attorney was terrifying to me after I got hurt, and for months I was too scared to even reach out to ask for help.  But, after struggling to understand this very complicated system and get adequate support, I was referred to Samuel S. Feuerstein, Esq. when I posted anonymously in a Facebook Group for Buffalo Moms.

Since our first phone call Sam has made an incredibly difficult year exponentially easier to navigate.  Every worry and every question have been answered with professionalism, kindness, swiftness, and care not only by Sam, but by everyone I have communicated with at this firm.

I know I have Angels because as of 19 years ago in September 2007 the team at Hurwitz-Whitcher-Molly have been there for me any and every moment I needed them after an injury sidelined my life in an unimaginable way.
I could fill a thousand pages and more with words to tell you what they have done for me but I would rather ask you to see for yourself the compassion and professionalism they offer you as you travel thru something you never believed would ever have happened. When it happened I was initially Lost. It has been almost 20 years so I am at a loss as to how I was introduced to WHM, but I Thank G♡D every day for their Kindness, Compassion and Dedication to assisting me with any and all of my needs.

If you are looking for a great lawyer I highly recommend Hurwitz Whitcher & Molloy! I was referred to them by my chiropractor. I had a worker's composition case handled by them,specifically handled by Kate Molloy. The insurance company that I was up against was tough! Kate fought tooth and nail for me! I won my case and they would not take no for an answer. They appealed the judges decision that ruled in my favor. But because of my lawyer's hard work and dedication to my case the board ended up STILL ruling in my favor! I got all that was owed to me!
