About Kathleen A. Molloy

Kathleen A. Molloy has been with Hurwitz, Whitcher & Molloy Attorneys at Law since 1994 and is a partner with the firm.

She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, (BA, 1987) and the New England School of Law in Boston (JD, 1991). Ms. Molloy was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1992 and concentrates her practice in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability and New York State No-Fault benefits.

Ms. Molloy is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Erie County and the Injured Workers’ Bar Association. She also participates in several committees, including the Erie County Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Committee and the Committee for the Disabled.

A native of Long Island, New York, Ms. Molloy chose the Buffalo area as her adoptive home following law school. She resides in Amherst, NY with her husband, Sam.
